Hotel software built around one guest record
HotelOS is the hotel and restaurant system made and supported by D&D Technology in Jaipur.
It brings rooms and reservations, the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant POS, the booking engine, inventory and accounts into one multi-property system, so a guest stay does not have to be pieced together from separate tools.
Why it exists
A stay touches every department
A single booking moves through reservations, the front desk, housekeeping, the restaurant and finally accounts. When each of those teams keeps its own record, the desk ends up rebuilding the stay at checkout and finance reconciles it again at month end. HotelOS keeps the reservation and the guest folio at the centre, and each department works on that same record.
Front desk and folios
Arrivals and departures run from guest profiles and folios that collect both room and outlet charges.
Housekeeping and maintenance
Daily, checkout and deep cleans, inspections, room status and maintenance assets are tracked against the room.
Restaurant POS and kitchen
Outlet POS with modifiers and discounts, a kitchen display, QR table ordering and room-charge settlement at checkout.
Direct booking engine
Guests book on the hotel's own website using the same rates and availability the desk works from.
Inventory and accounts
Purchasing and stock, accounts, journals, bank reconciliation and reports work next to property activity, with role-based access and an audit log.
